In order to maximize our networking and potential for mutual assistance, we ask that new members introduce themselves and
provide some information about their interests, experience, and work. As a network of researchers, scholars, practitioners, and
activists interested in promoting constructive peace and change on the African continent we welcome new members, affiliates,
and partners.

A broader membership base and network will enhance our work and goals of mentorship, mutual assistance, information sharing
and dissemination, and professional development for the purpose of contributing to a flourishing and peaceful Africa.

If you would like to present a talk on a conflict or peace related issue relevant to Africa or the Diaspora, please let us know by
sending an email describing the topic and your background in the area to
davidhei@nova.edu, essis@nova.edu, and tuso@nova.
edu.

We also welcome ideas for APCN activities, projects, and about potential funding sources. APCN also needs volunteers to help
with various projects and tasks. Any interested persons should contact Dr. Mark Davidheiser at:
mdavidhe@yahoo.com

Finally, we would like to recognize the generous efforts of those who have volunteered in the past, including Sophie Mamy-Kerlin,
Robert Keller, and Jill Gambill. APCN's achievements are made possible by those who donate their time or other resources to
enhance our efforts to contribute to the attainment of a positive peace in Africa.
